Renascer STP has been monitoring the demographic growth of São Tomé and Príncipe and the quality of housing, we have seen that the housing problem has contributed to the deterioration of the family, the quality of life and health of communities.
With this in mind, Renascer STP is planning to build low-cost social housing in several phases, with the aim of changing the social, health and economic panorama of the Santomeans.
Building decent housing, respecting the environment and local culture. Guaranteeing professionalization and employment for many young Santomeans in the most diverse areas of construction.
Renascer STP designs the construction and equipping of a space to accommodate people with physical disabilities and the blind, with the aim of integrating these people into the job market through sustainable production of decorative items, art and culture, fashion, transformation of local products and other production or service areas.
This project aims at the inclusion and empowerment of disabled and blind people, highlighting professional training, special education and safeguarding their rights.

Homeless and Abandoned Children: Renascer STP has identified a significant increase in street children, revealing the breakdown of the family and the loss of social values. In this sense, we will embrace these children in vulnerable situations, planning the creation of welcoming spaces, where they can receive basic education and tools from professionals and volunteers that promote their intellectual growth and emotional well-being.
Technical and Professional Training: Within the scope of technical and professional training, Renascer STP plans to create spaces that encourage the training of young people in technological and technical areas through the creation of training courses aimed at professionalization and job creation, respecting quality standards and international professional certification. In terms of the Environment, Renascer STP considers that maritime, land and air territory are the basis of our sustainable development and guarantee the quality of life of future generations, in this sense Renascer STP lists a set of subprojects and actions that together they will guarantee the preservation and maintenance of our ecosystem in a sustainable way.
Preservation of Beaches and Coastal Areas: With this project, Renascer STP will guarantee the protection of beaches and coastal areas, through the creation of local teams and the construction of shelters, ensuring the control and protection of its areas, especially the beaches, contributing to greater quality and safety in bathing areas and tourism through the process of community inclusion. In addition to encouraging the preservation of Nature on its coastline, it also promotes youth employment and training in shipwreck first aid and the preservation of fauna and flora, among other services.
Wastewater Treatment Station: Renascer STP plans to build Wastewater Treatment Stations, considering that the country does not have a sewage network, and a small majority of homes have septic tanks, meaning there is an urgent need to build wastewater treatment units. treatment, operated through a collection system.

Renascer STP has been monitoring the situation of young people from Santomean, where the absence of social values and life goals has thrown countless young people onto the streets without any hope for the future, however Renascer STP is developing the project of a football academy, which Its mission is to promote the interest of young people aged 6 to 20 in playing football.
The Pupilos das Ilhas Football Academy arose from the need to create habits to occupy the leisure time of children and teenagers at risk.
